JinJin Facts & TMI JinJin was born and grew up in Seoul. His family consists of mother, father, and an older brother (born 1992). He is the leader and main rapper of ASTRO. He graduated from Hanlim Arts School (Practical Dance Department). He is one of ASTRO’s visual line as well as dancer and rapper line alongside Rocky. He has a slow and relaxed personality, JinJin even got the nickname ‘slow rapper’ because of this personality trait. JinJin is known as a member with the best fanservice among fans. He often gets teased by the other members. He has outstanding dance skills, even able to do an impromptu dance. He used to join a dance team, his nickname was Kkorang. In 2018, he released a solo song titled ‘Like a King’. He has participated in rap making, lyrics writing, and music composition for all ASTRO’s albums.
